One thing guys complain about is that girls tend to be more judgemental of others and sometimes I myself prefer the company of boys because they seem more easy-going about things and they dont really respond to issues as sensitively as girls.
I think ive come to realise that the female species is this judgmental, because there is indeed a need to, the natural, instinctive need to read people (the opposite gender to be more specific), more carefully.
It also seems almost natural that the female species have the unfortunate fate of feeling vulnerable at certain times. Since the beginning of time, women were always dependent on men for a living - (some) men sometimes take this for granted and exploit this poor vulnerability.

My heart goes out to all the women in this world who have ever felt vulnerable.
